(More customer reviews)We loved our zero water system. After a few months the water started tasting funny and had a foul fishy smell. The meter tested the water under 6 so we knew the filters should still be good. We changed the filters any way, way before time. Still fishy smell. I cleaned the filtration bottle. Still the same. It wasn't till I took apart the stand the water filtration was on that I discovered a film of slime in our cooler. At the time we had one of those cold/hot dispensers a few feet tall. I mean I really had to take it apart and check every palce the water went. After I did that, the smell went away. A few months later it came back. Took it apart and slime again. We changed the water filtration to a countertop no cold/hot type holder and havn't had any problems since. The filters last many months now. Also if you put water in the filtration system above the middle white ring....it will leak. Water is meant to only be stored in the lower 1/2 of the system.

(More customer reviews)My dad and my sister both have this dispenser. When I saw it, I knew it was a great idea for saving money since we are retiring this year. We have had a water dispenser for several years and it has been great for me to remember to drink water when ever I am thirsty. I know longer drink any type of pop.
My issue with this dispenser is, even though it should fit just about any dispenser, it does not work with mine. It leaks. My dispenser is to old. So now this water dispenser sits in the garage in a box wait for my current system to fail so I can then buy a new dispenser that will accommodate the water dispenser.
Such a disappointment.

Primo 900172 1.0 Gallon Industrial Water Dispenser Review

(More customer reviews)I picked this up at a local Sams's Club for under $200, but I kept the box just in case based on other reviews I've read elsewhere that were not favorable. Two things seemed to show up in the bad reviews I read.
(1) The unit did not work with 5 gallon Poland Springs bottles.
(2) The water had a plastic taste to it.
Item 1 was a non-issue for me. My Poland Springs 5 gallon bottles work perfectly fine and they are much easier to load than my old "flip the 5 gallon jug upside down" water cooler.
Item 2 turned out to be true initially. The water did have a plastic taste to it. I contacted Primo and they directed me to their website [...] where they had a (relatively) quick solution that resolved the issue in under an hour. The fix involves running a gallon of hot tap water with a 1/4 cup of lemon juice through the system, and then running another gallon of plain hot tap water through it to flush out the lemon juice mixture.
The water tastes great now! For me it was worth one hour investment to eliminate the sometimes messy upsidedown water bottle loading on my old cooler. I am very pleased with the product, both how it looks and how it works, and I would recommend it with the caveat that you'll probably have to initially address the plastic water taste issue. Do it upfront before you waste any of your bottled water.

The 1-866 number is no help and the product is not available on line at the Black & Decker website. (Like they know somethings up). But you can get it on Bizrate, amazon or ebay. Its made in North Carolina, in the USA, which is really disappointing as the crap from China is out lasting this.

Greenway Replacement Filter for GWF7 Review

They are great. They really do make tap water taste like bottled water.
You need to change the filter about every 4 months even though it says 6 months. That may just be because we drink a lot of water.
Over all a great product!

(More customer reviews)I followed the preparation instructions to the letter and two days later I was getting complaints from co-workers that the flow was too slow and that, most importantly, it was leaking at a mild but consistent rate...and not from the drains at the bottom of the unit but from the seams along the sides of the bottom, especially if it were tilted (we don't normally tilt our water dispenser but I did tilt it and it definitely increased in its pour rate). The unit would just sit there and leak at a slow but, again, consistent and irritating rate. I wish that I had just not bought it but I am glad that we have the old tall tower that this unit was to replace because of its nice size.
Think again before you buy this.

Haier WDNSC145 Convertible Freestanding Full-Size/Tabletop Water Dispenser Review

(More customer reviews)This is my first Haier product. I've had this for a couple weeks and it has been working great. When you first turn the cold water switch on, it takes about 10-15 mins to get cold, but if you leave it on it's cold all the time. Same with the hot water, it takes about 5 minutes or so to heat up.
One problem i've noticed (minus the one star) is that when you have both hot and cold water switches on, both the hot water and cold water compete for ready access. This is not a big deal, so I usually just leave one switch on a time (usually cold since it gets the majority usage).
As far as heating and cooling quality, when it's hot, it's SUPER hot. When it gets cold, it's cold enough to condensate your glass, but not ice cold - still refreshing!
UPDATE: Here's something else I wanted to add. Unlike other water coolers, this one does not run constantly cold or hot. If you have the cold switch on, it will keep recooling the water in cycles (you'll see the cold water light go on every 20-30 mins or after use). Same with hot water. If you have the switch on, it will reheat the water in cycles (every 20-30 mins or after use). Another minor annoyance (-.5 stars), but again, it's tolerable.

The cooler has a very small opening for water bottles and its always a huge mess to change them. This was just the ticket. Unfortunately after receiving this I tried to put it on an Arrowhead 5 gallon bottle...did not fit. Arrowhead 3 gallon bottle...did not fit. Sparklets 5 gallon bottle...did not fit. I'd like to know what bottles this is made for. For these reasons I give this 1 star. I'd give it zero if I could. Great idea but if it does not fit it's worthless!

The delivery of the water is uneven, you never know when it will dispense. When it builds up steam in the unit, it just starts dripping to relieve the pressure. There must be a better way, as I didn't have to put up with the dripping with my Insinkerator. I can't wait to replace it and it would be gone now, if I hadn't paid so much for it. It just feels flimsy, sorry it's not that hot.

The water from the feed line automatically shuts off so you don't have to turn the water off at the valve. Twist on the new filter and turn on the hot water dispenser for about a minute or so to bleed out the air. It couldn't be more simple!! It's just like they say in the instructions. I finally found something that works like the manufacturer says it should.

(More customer reviews)I bought one of these six months ago because I thought bottom loading was a great idea. Even after following the cleaning instructions in detail the water still tasted of plastic and a few days later the unit started smelling of burnt plastic. I called Primo customer support and they told me the unit must be faulty and I should return it. I returned it and I got another one and the water tasted fine. A couple of months later and the unit constantly beeps and flashes indicating the water bottle must be replaced. The problem is the water bottle is full or half full when it does that and when I take the bottle out it is under tremendous pressure since no water is flowing into the unit. I called Primo again and they had no solution. Its too late to return it. Money down the drain. I absolutely would not recommend this to anyone. Primo should recall these dispensers and issue a full refund, but its probably too late for me anyway since I now equate Primo with Problemo.

I called to ask questions before I ordered and the lady I spoke to in Sales was very helpful.
I was confused about the difference between two models and she helped clarify that question.
I also asked about whether or not you need a professional to come install it as mentioned by one of the reviews on their website but found out if we already have the hook ups, then it shouldn't be a problem. When I asked about the instructions being hard to read due to the amount of times it has been copied, she said that if there were any issues with the instructions that they could get customers connected to the vendor.
I've been looking for something like this dispenser to replace the broken one in our breakroom. I was having trouble finding one like it (and even went to Ktown in LA to look for it) and am glad Air-N-Water carry it.
So 5 stars for the customer service thus far and I'll update my review shortly when we get the product.

I don't care how hi-tech the plastic is and how "chemical proof" the container is mother nature glass is still the only way to go. However. the shipping is expensive albeit understandable. The cap is cheesy. Need to find a better alternative for a better cap. Glass is imported from Italy and it is very beautifully made. Still can't get over the cheap cap. For the price. You can find a better cap.

(More customer reviews)The cooler seemed to work ok, would take a long time to cool, didn't time it because that wasn't an issue with me. Used the hot water once, took 3 minutes to heat up. I usually put the water in the microwave and heat it that way, much faster. My problem with this cooler is the slow speed it dispensed water, very slow. The manual or on the box said something like .1 gallons per hour! I could see dying of thirst using this cooler, I live in a desert, can't wait that long for a cup of water.
