It is very easy-to-use, quite reliable, and very well-suited for a household whose members love tea and instant coffee. Due to this reason, we decide to buy a second one (whose price is very reasonable at Amazon.com). The only thing you need to pay attention is that you need to remember to fill the boiler with water when the water is about to run out.
