(More customer reviews)Absolute crap. Similar to the other review, my unit also malfunctioned a few weeks after purchase. First it wouldn't cool the water so I got room temperature water for a couple of days. I turned it off until the next day. When I turned it back on, I only got 2 ounces of cold water before it started getting warm again. So I call customer service. Says she's gonna mail me some voucher or something so I can exchange it. Guess what? I never got it. I turned it off again and it seemed to be working okay for a couple of days(apparently can only handle a few days' service at a time). Today after coming off the treadmill parched and ready to gulp a big glass of cold water, I managed to swallow about half of the cup which was full of hot acid. That's how bad the water tasted. Stupid thing now overheated making the water in the bottle itself hot. So I call again today, waited on the line for 20 minutes before leaving an irrate message (probably why they haven't called back) and am now gonna have to eat the money I shelled out for the acid machine. If you're reading this....stay away from this company! I am now forced to rent a commercial grade unit from my water delivery service so that I don't have to deal with this piece of junk or the brainless cust. service people.

(More customer reviews)You'll have no problems with this filter. I've had one of these under my RV kitchen sink for a few years now. It really makes a difference over campground water. One thing you should remember to do (not related to filer quality) is to remove the filter and let it dry if you are not using it for more than a week. The water can get pretty rancid after a while.

Gulpy Water Dispenser Review

(More customer reviews)I've had two Gulpy bottles now. I learned right away how worthless the belt clip was, but I had an insulated bottle carrier on a neck strap that it fit, so that's how I carry it. But the 1st Gulpy broke one day when I opened the car door and it fell (barely a foot) out of the carrier on its head -- the plastic hinge broke, rendering the entire thing completely useless. I ordered another, which also broke, another fall from the car seat when the door opened, however this only cracked the bowl. I taped it up so it wouldn't leak too badly and continue to use it.
I really like the idea, and lots of fellow dog walkers have asked me about it, but the execution leaves something to be desired. If they're going to make the product cheaply, it would be better to just manufacture the screw-top bowl, sell 5-6 in a package for less money, and make them fit a standard water bottle. With the current design, certainly using a better plastic would make a more durable product.
Don't know if I'll buy another, and I can only recommend it if you think you'll never drop it!

(More customer reviews)This is an attractive stand that supports a ceramic water crock. There isn't too much to say about it. It seems fairly sturdy and does the job.
My complaints with it are two and they are minor. I would like adjustable feet. The floor in my house isn't level, so I'd like to be able to make adjustments so that it can sit without rocking. The second is with materials. It contains particle board (masonite) and water-based glue. I'm not sure how well these will handle getting wet -- a real danger with this type of equipment.

Bergan Elite Gourmet Waterer, 3 Gallon (Colors Vary) Review

(More customer reviews)Boy! A dog watering bowl. How hard can it be to design a good one? Pretty hard, I guess, since I haven't found one yet that I'd give 5 stars.
I've been using this one for about two years. The good thing here is that it holds 3 gallons so I only have to refill it about twice a week for my two dogs.
The bad - gunk (algae, I think, or some other kind of scum) grows inside the tank and it's really hard to clean it out. Also, to refill you fill the tank with water, replace the lid, then in one clean swift movement you have to flip it over and insert it into the base before the water squirts out all over the place. Filled with water, the tank weighs over 20 lbs so this is not as easy as it sounds.
I think if they'd put an airtight lid on the TOP of the tank in addition to the regular screw lid on the bottom, both these problems would go away. You could remove the top lid to reach in and clean the other end, and you could refill the tank through the top.
